ESoK HaRi PeNTiNG DEN : MY FiRST HaLF MaRaTHoN

Kurang dari 12jam, den akan buat den punya first half marathon. Den akan lari 21km di Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Marathon (SCKLM) 2010. Tak tahu lar kenapa den leh fikir nak wat half ni. Macam buang tabiat pun iye kot sebab dalam masa yang singkat, den memang tak cukup training. Bulan ni 2kali je dpt buat 10k, sekali masa Setia Eco Park Challenge dan sekali lagi kat MPSJ event. Itupun den ghaso somput dan masa yang den buat pun tak cantik. Haiya! Macam mana wa mau buat ni??

Esok tukang tarik den E dan A akan buat 10k (diorang dah daftar awal dan tak sangka den botui-botui nak buek 21km), tak caya diorang den botui-botui register!

Kengkawan kat KaKi JaLaN, doakan den yo. Den nak sangat habiskan larian ini. Wish me all the best and good luck.
